Özer Güney, the founder of the company, was the CEO and Board Member of a full–licenced bank  between 1982 through  1996.  Before joining Esbank he worked as sworn–in bank auditor at  Ministry of  Finance. Also  served as board member at various  industrial and/or commercial entities.

He holds a masters degree on economics from Vanderbilt  University, TN, USA.

Mustafa Kaldırımoğlu, partner, joined Esbank as internal auditor in 1981, between 1986–1998 worked at foreign relations,  accounting  and financial control departments  at executive  positions.  Served  as deputy general manager in charge  of  accounting and financial control departments until 1998. The same year joined ÖZGÜN ADVISORY. Also served as board member and auditor at various entities.
